About the Event
A slow, gentle and nurturing Hatha Yoga class. My teachings are highly adaptive and inclusive meaning everyone is welcome, from beginners to experienced yogi's.
I will guide you through safe and mindful movements for your body offering modifications where needed. This conscious approach to your asana practice prepares your body and mind well for the higher limbs of yoga which are pranayama (breath practices), meditation and deep relaxation.
I am a highly qualified Hatha yoga instructor, therapist and trainer, who has been teaching since 2011 and practicing for over 20 years. My teaching style is gentle but empowering, slow but deep. I will guide you safely through your own exploration of self inquiry on the yoga mat whilst your body and mind welcome insight, calm, freedom and feeling.

P.S: Not heard of Pay ID before? You should be able to find the option to select Pay ID in your participating financial institution’s online or mobile banking. Depending on who you bank with, the ability to pay to a PayID may automatically appear as an option, or you may be required to choose an Osko or fast payment first.
When you enter the PayID you intend to pay, the name of the person or organisation that owns that PayID will be confirmed before you make the payment. All you have to do is simply confirm it’s the right person or organisation and your bank will securely communicate with their bank, sending the money via the New Payments Platform into their bank account. And as part of an Osko payment, the money will arrive usually within a minute. For further information about Pay ID please head to the website here.
